A second round of consultation regarding RWE’s Peartree Hill solar farm has been launched by the company. Located in East Riding of Yorkshire, UK, the project is planned to have 320MW of generation capacity.
The first round of consultation was carried out with the local community in October 2023. This second encounter is designed to present the solar farm’s current plan after feedback gathered last year.
Peartree Hill is expected to be built near Beverly. Once commissioned, the power plant will be operational for 40 years, providing a community benefit of £4.2m.
