Harald Wilbert will take over the position of Chief Financial Officer at PNE AG. Initially, Harald Wilbert will become a member of the Board of Management with no specific portfolio as of October 15, 2023, in order to get to know the company.
For this period, the Board of Management will be expanded to three members. From April 1, 2024, he will become Chief Financial Officer and take over the responsibilities of Jörg Klowat, who will leave PNE AG at his own request. Wilbert’s contract has a term until March 31, 2028.
Harald Wilbert (year of birth 1967) is very familiar with the energy industry and the renewable energy sector. Most recently, he was a member of the Board of BayWa r.e. AG as well as its CFO. His responsibilities included finance, HR, risk management and the Operative Business Entity Bioenergy.
