Nordex has received an order from Navaris to supply and install six wind turbines at the 42 MW Lambacher Höh project in Germany.
The wind farm is being developed southwest of Bitburg in Rhineland-Palatinate, near the Luxembourg border. The award was announced on 29 September and includes a 20-year Premium Service agreement.
The project will use four N163/6.X turbines and two N175/6.X machines. Hybrid towers will provide hub heights of 164 metres for the N163 units and 179 metres for the N175 turbines.
Installation of the first turbine is scheduled for January 2028, with full commissioning planned for July that year.
Navaris is the German renewable energy platform of Qualitas Energy and began operating under its current name in September 2026.
The mix of turbine models and tower heights reflects the project-specific engineering required to make effective use of available wind resources. Alongside equipment supply, the long service agreement establishes a maintenance relationship extending well beyond construction.
The contract adds another defined onshore project to Germany’s wind development pipeline, with execution milestones currently concentrated in 2028.
