Vestas has been awarded a contract by Wind Bauer GmbH to supply the wind turbines for the Bartow Pfalz wind farm in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Vestas will supply six V162-7.2 MW turbines and one V150-6.0 MW wind turbine for the project with a total capacity of 49 MW.
In addition to the delivery and commissioning of the turbines, the order also covers the long-term maintenance of the turbines. Delivery of the turbines is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with commissioning scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
